The hotel provided clean and tidy rooms with comfortable beds and spacious interiors, just as described in the photos. The staff was extremely helpful and provided useful information about tour packages without any pressure. The location of the hotel was convenient, being within walking distance to the main attractions and the ocean/promenade area.

That the hotel did not offer breakfast as an option during the reservation process. Additionally, the hotel lacked proper signs, making it difficult to locate initially.

The hotel's location is perfect for exploring the city, as it is close to all attractions and in the very heart of the old city. You can easily walk to the Sultanahmet area and the promenade area. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the bed linen, towels, and bathroom amenities provided are of a high standard. The staff, especially Parvin, provide exceptional service and are always happy to assist with any requests.

Some guests have mentioned that the walls are a bit thin, and noises from the neighboring rooms can be heard at times.

During my Christmas stay, I was pleased with the comfortable and clean room. The facilities were good and I enjoyed having a desk to work at, along with a TV and a sofa in the room. the wifi was impressively strong, which was essential for my online work. The location of the property was also a key aspect, being close to restaurants and a tram stop. I felt that I received great value for the money I paid.

There were a few negative aspects to note. upon arrival, I was given a different apartment than the one I had booked, and the manager was not very hospitable.
